Ingredients

300 g sugar snap peas

160 g baby spinach

2 avocados

10 snack cucumbers

400 g tuna steak

1 tbsp sesame seeds

2 tbsp soy sauce

4 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp wasabi

Preparation

Step 1

Divide the baby spinach among four bowls.

Step 2

Slice the tuna steak into nice thin slices and sear the edges, if necessary, in a hot frying pan. Should you use a pan with a non-stick coating, you will only need a small drop of oil. Fry the sides of the tuna steak for no more than 10 seconds per side, because it's really just about searing.

Step 3

Blanch the sugar snaps by placing them in boiling water for 1 minute. Then rinse them with cold water so they do not cook further.

Step 4

Thinly slice the snack cucumbers and avocados. Then place these on top of the baby spinach. Then divide the tuna steak among the bowls as well.

Step 5

For the dressing, mix together the soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice. Do you like spicy? Then add wasabi.

Step 6

Finally, divide the sesame seeds among the bowls. Bon appetit!

Step 7

Idea: Add whole wheat basmati rice to this delicious poké bowl!
