300 g sugar snap peas
160 g baby spinach
2 avocados
10 snack cucumbers
400 g tuna steak
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp wasabi
Divide the baby spinach among four bowls.
Step 2Slice the tuna steak into nice thin slices and sear the edges, if necessary, in a hot frying pan. Should you use a pan with a non-stick coating, you will only need a small drop of oil. Fry the sides of the tuna steak for no more than 10 seconds per side, because it's really just about searing.
Step 3Blanch the sugar snaps by placing them in boiling water for 1 minute. Then rinse them with cold water so they do not cook further.
Step 4Thinly slice the snack cucumbers and avocados. Then place these on top of the baby spinach. Then divide the tuna steak among the bowls as well.
Step 5For the dressing, mix together the soy sauce, olive oil and lemon juice. Do you like spicy? Then add wasabi.
Step 6Finally, divide the sesame seeds among the bowls. Bon appetit!
Step 7Idea: Add whole wheat basmati rice to this delicious poké bowl!
