Panzanella salad with snack cucumbers and tomatoes

Green is the color! Snack cucumber with tartare and rice.

1 green bell pepper
½ green pepper
1 tsp curry
1 tsp olive oil
10 snack cucumbers
2 spring onions
2 tbsp. cooking cream
2 tartlets
Wash and dice or slice the snack cucumbers.
Step 2Wash, clean and dice the bell bell pepper.
Step 3Wash the green pepper, remove the seeds and cut the pepper small.
Step 4Clean the spring onions and cut them into rings.
Step 5Heat the olive oil in a wok or skillet and fry the tartare in it until tender and loose.
Step 6Add the pepper, bell bell pepper and spring onion rings along with the curry and stir-fry for a few minutes.
Step 7Add the cubed or sliced snack cucumber to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes to continue cooking the dish.
Step 8Before serving, stir cooking cream into the dish.
Step 9Tip: Serve with brown rice.
