Ingredients

1 green bell pepper

½ green pepper

1 tsp curry

1 tsp olive oil

10 snack cucumbers

2 spring onions

2 tbsp. cooking cream

2 tartlets

Preparation

Step 1

Wash and dice or slice the snack cucumbers.

Step 2

Wash, clean and dice the bell bell pepper.

Step 3

Wash the green pepper, remove the seeds and cut the pepper small.

Step 4

Clean the spring onions and cut them into rings.

Step 5

Heat the olive oil in a wok or skillet and fry the tartare in it until tender and loose.

Step 6

Add the pepper, bell bell pepper and spring onion rings along with the curry and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Step 7

Add the cubed or sliced snack cucumber to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for a few minutes to continue cooking the dish.

Step 8

Before serving, stir cooking cream into the dish.

Step 9

Tip: Serve with brown rice.
