10 snack cucumbers
3 roots
1 bell bell pepper
1 stalk of celery
2 tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese
2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
Wash the snack cucumbers, carrots, bell bell pepper and celery.
Step 2Cut the snack cucumbers in half once or twice lengthwise and cut the carrots in half twice lengthwise. Next, cut the bell bell pepper and celery into strips.
Step 3Make the dip by combining two tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese and two tablespoons of tomato ketchup. Stir well for a moment and dip!
