Ingredients

10 snack cucumbers

3 roots

1 bell bell pepper

1 stalk of celery

2 tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese

2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup

Preparation

Step 1

Wash the snack cucumbers, carrots, bell bell pepper and celery.

Step 2

Cut the snack cucumbers in half once or twice lengthwise and cut the carrots in half twice lengthwise. Next, cut the bell bell pepper and celery into strips.

Step 3

Make the dip by combining two tablespoons of low-fat cottage cheese and two tablespoons of tomato ketchup. Stir well for a moment and dip!
